Sydney Talent Co Drama Students win 2nd Place Award and Highly Commended Award today at The 2016 Sydney Eisteddfod Drama & Speech Competition. Highly Commended went to “Come into the Garden, Maud,” a spooky late night caller mystery play (Kyle Thompson, Shania Probst, Olivia Bevilacqua). 2nd Place was awarded to “The Man Who Shot Santa Claus,” a courtroom comedy with unbelievable revelations about Old St. Nick (Jessica Peake, Daniel Gauci, Jacob El Mahir). STC participated with 5 groups, which also included the following three plays (“The Note,” The Visitor,” and “Magician Ben vs. Wizard Merlin”).
